Elections

The city clerk serves as the chief election official for the City of Middleton, prepares city election ballots, publishes election notices, prepares and distributes absentee ballots, provides information on polling place accessibility to state/federal, and maintains current voter registration files and lists.


Election Day Polling Places 

  • Wards 1 - 4, 9, 19 and 20 vote at St. Bernard’s Parish Center, 7436 University Avenue
  • Wards 5 - 8 vote in The Community Dining Room at Heritage Senior Living, 6206 Maywood Ave  
  • Wards 14 - 18 vote in Friendship Hall at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, 7337 Hubbard Avenue
  • Wards 10 - 13 vote at the Middleton Courthouse / Police Station 7341 Donna Drive


  • The polls are open from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm on election day.

    New Polling Place!

    City of Middleton residents voting in Aldermanic Districts 3 & 4 (Wards 5-8) will be voting at The Heritage Senior Living, 6206 Maywood Avenue., Middleton for all future Elections beginning with the February 16, 2016, Primary Election.
