At a meeting of the Plan Commission to be held on Tuesday, April 11, 2017, at 7:10 pm, at Middleton City Hall, 7426 Hubbard Ave., Middleton, the following matter will be heard:

The purpose of the proposed rezoning is to accommodate a four-story, 83-unit apartment building with underground and surface parking. The eastern portion of the site may be used for a trailhead and shelter building to accommodate access to the Pheasant Branch Conservancy.

 At the hearing, all interested persons will have an opportunity to be heard, and final action will be considered.
